JOB DESCRIPTION:
- HIRING: Senior Operations Manager | Frozen CPG Supply Chain & Logistics
- Location: Greater Los Angeles (Hybrid)
- We are partnering with a rapidly growing frozen food brand that has expanded into 5,000+ retail locations nationwide and is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to build and scale its end-to-end supply chain operation.
- This position offers significant growth potential as the company expands its distribution footprint, facilities, and product portfolio.
- Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will own the entire physical supply chain, including warehouse operations, cold storage, inventory management, 3PL partnerships, freight, imports, and order fulfillment. This is a true "builder" opportunity for someone who enjoys creating systems, processes, and infrastructure in a high-growth environment.
- We're seeking a hands-on operations leader with:
- CPG experience (frozen/refrigerated products strongly preferred)
- Expertise managing 3PL and cold storage networks
- Strong inventory, fulfillment, and food safety knowledge (HACCP/FSMA)
- Experience scaling operations and implementing systems/WMS
