Compensation (DOE):
up to $115,000 (DOE) + 20% bonus
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Regional Sales Manager
- Location (WFH): must be local in Dallas - Fort Worth, Austin or Houston areas. This is a work from home role, however 80% of your time will be out in the field.
- Manage a team of 9 Territory Sales Reps (must have experience leading Field Sales Teams)
- Conduct ride alongs with Territory Reps in the field
- Walk stores to check POS placement and shelf presence
- Current experience working within the C-Store channel within the CPG industry
- Experience with DSD
- Experience launching new product lines is a bonus
