JOB DESCRIPTION:

Strategic Leadership and Growth

  • Lead Enterprise Level Customer strategy
  • Lead new business development across mass, value and club channels
  • Cross-functional collaboration to ensure growth

Account management

  • Own Senior level relationships with key customers as primary POC for major accounts
  • Lead Omni-Channel Strategy across in-store and eCommerce platforms

International & new Business Expansion

  • Lead International Market expansion and distributor strategy
  • Optimize go-to-market strategies
  • Lead full sales cycle from prospecting through onboarding and launch

Commercial Ownership and Finance Management

  • Own full P&L and KPIs across key accounts and international markets
  • Manage trade investment with ROI accountability
  • Monitor FX, freight and landed cost impacts in international market


EXPERIENCE:


8-12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in CPG

Experience selling to Walmart, Target, Club and Value Channels

Omni Channel experience

Experience in $200m-$500m organization

Leadership experience as you will have 5 direct reports

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree
