JOB DESCRIPTION:
NOW HIRING: Director, Costco Roadshows (In-Store Demos)
- Leadership | Field Sales | Operations
- Location: Los Angeles, CA
- Compensation: Up to $200K total (Base $165K + Bonus)
- We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Director of Costco Roadshows to lead a large-scale, national in-store demo program. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for driving execution excellence, team performance, and operational success across Costco locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 140+ in-store demo representatives
- Develop and implement training programs to elevate team performance
- Oversee end-to-end execution of Costco roadshow/demo activities
- Manage operations, logistics, and scheduling across multiple locations
- Drive accountability, engagement, and results within the field team
Qualifications:
- Proven track record leading large-scale field sales or retail teams
- Direct experience working with Costco (required)
- Strong expertise in operations, logistics, and team development
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
