JOB DESCRIPTION:
NOW HIRING: Sales Manager – Mexico, Canada, Caribbean & South America
- Location: U.S.-based (must reside near a major international airport)
- We’re looking for an experienced and high-impact Sales Manager to lead growth across Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and South America. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in international markets and has strong distributor and retail relationships.
- Territory Coverage: Mexico (required experience), Canada, Caribbean, South America
- Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working within Mexico markets (required)
- Fluent in Spanish (bilingual required)
- Strong background managing distributor partnerships
- Experience calling directly on retailers
- Hands-on experience working with Walmart internationally
- Ability to travel up to 50% internationally
What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales growth across multiple international regions
- Manage and expand distributor relationships
- Develop and execute retail strategies across key accounts
- Build strong partnerships with global retailers
Compensation:
- Base salary up to $140,000 (DOE) + 30% bonus potential
