JOB DESCRIPTION:
- A start up beverage company has an opportunity for a CEO to join their team. The CEO will lead the company's growth strategy and commercial execution, with responsibility for scaling the brand, building the sales and marketing roles and distribution.
- The CEO will work closely with the Board and founders for its planned capital raise and long term public market strategy.
EXPERIENCE:
- The ideal candidate will have a history of proven success scaling high growth consumer brands in beverage and energy drinks.
- A track record of leading high performing marketing and sales organizations. Successful history of driving revenue growth, distribution expansion and brand development.
- Experience operating in or alongside public companies is a plus.

- The company was founded by serial entrepreneurs with over 30 years of successful exits, they bring deep experience building and scaling successful businesses.
