- Brick & Mortar: create selling decks and marketing collateral tailored to each lawn & garden retail buyer
Overview
We’re looking for an Ecommerce & Retail Marketing Manager to drive growth across our online marketplaces and brick and mortar retail channels. This role blends hands on Amazon account management with broader multichannel marketing strategy and execution. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of ecommerce performance, retail storytelling, and hands on execution.
- Location: Houston, TX
- Must have CPG experience working directly with Amazon
- CPG industry experience required / bonus if you have experience within the lawn & garden category
What You’ll Do
- Own strategy and execution for online marketplace growth, scaling revenue across Amazon and other ecommerce platforms
- Manage Amazon Seller Central end to end, including catalog setup, SEO, content optimization, pricing strategy, and promotional execution (coupons, deals, and offers)
- Optimize product visibility and conversion through data driven testing and ongoing performance analysis
- Support brick and mortar retail partners by creating compelling selling decks and tailored marketing collateral for lawn & garden retail buyers
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure brand consistency and strong go to market execution across all channels
