JOB DESCRIPTION:

NOW HIRING: VP / Head of Lawn & Garden – Private Label Growth (Remote, U.S.)

We’re partnering with a CPG supplier that manufactures lawn & garden products (primarily private label partners).   They are a PE backed, in house manufacturer, looking to hire a senior commercial leader to own and scale their lawn & garden business unit.


The Role

  • P&L ownership of a fast growing Lawn & Garden division 
  • Blend of sales leadership, new business development, and product innovation
  • Lead private label growth with CPGs manufactures, influencers, and branded customers selling into Amazon, Tractor Supply, Walmart, Lowe’s & more 
  • Act as the link between customers and formulation / product development 

Ideal Background

  • Lawn & Garden category experience (required) 
  • Sales leadership experience (Product Development backgrounds also considered) 
  • Private label + brick and mortar retail exposure 
  • Entrepreneurial, fast paced, PE environment mindset 
  • Executive presence with long term leadership potential
